Can I buy an internet plan directly from Lambda Networks?
No. Choose an authorised service provider for plans, orders, billing, equipment and customer support.
How do I check whether my address is connected?
Use the Check Address page and continue to an authorised provider. New developments may require the complete lot, unit and developer details.
Who do I contact if my internet is not working?
Contact your retail service provider first. They can troubleshoot the service and escalate an underlying wholesale network issue to Lambda Networks.
Who owns the fibre equipment at my premises?
Network termination equipment supplied as part of the access network generally remains subject to Lambda Networks ownership and maintenance rules. Your provider can explain the equipment used for your service.
Can I use my own router?
That depends on the retail service and provider requirements. Ask your provider for compatible equipment and configuration details.
What happens during a power outage?
Network termination equipment and routers generally require mains power. Without suitable backup power, internet and internet-based voice services may stop.
I am moving into a Lambda-connected property. What should I do?
Check the new address, choose a provider and arrange the new service before moving day. An existing service at your old premises does not transfer automatically.
My new address is not listed. Who can help?
