Legal information

Acceptable use. Protect the network.

The responsible-use rules that support a secure, reliable Lambda Networks environment.

1. Purpose

This policy helps protect Lambda Networks, authorised providers, connected services and other users from unlawful, harmful or unreasonable activity.

2. Prohibited activity

You must not use a connected service or provider interface to break the law; commit fraud; distribute malware or spam; harass or threaten others; infringe intellectual property; gain unauthorised access; compromise security; or deliberately disrupt a network, system or service.

3. Network integrity

You must not connect harmful or non-compliant equipment, deliberately cause congestion or instability, interfere with other users, misrepresent traffic maliciously or attempt to bypass security and access controls.

4. Security responsibilities

Users and organisations are responsible for credentials, authorised access, device security and keeping systems reasonably protected and up to date.

5. Response to a breach

Where we reasonably believe a breach has occurred, Lambda Networks may investigate and work with the relevant provider or organisation to restrict, suspend or take other proportionate action under applicable agreements and law.

6. Reporting concerns

Report suspected network abuse or security concerns to hello@lambdanetworks.com.au.
